SilJet™ Powder is a 30-micron silicated abrasive powder developed for the pretreatment and repair of a wide range of dental restorative materials. Designed for both intraoral and extraoral use, it helps improve bonding performance, supports reliable cementation, and enhances the repair of indirect and direct restorations.

When used with an air abrasion unit such as MicroEtcher™ or a similar device, SilJet™ Powder deposits a fine silica layer onto the treated surface. This silicatization process promotes strong mechanical and chemical retention, helping clinicians achieve more predictable adhesion before bonding, luting, and cementation procedures.

SilJet™ Powder is suitable for use on multiple restorative substrates, including zirconia, porcelain, ceramics, noble metals and alloys, alumina, lithium disilicate, and resin composites. It is also an effective option when repairing defective restorations and when improving retention for direct resin composite applications on porcelain and metal surfaces.
